What is the Mandi Central Mobile Application?

The "Mandi Central" application is owned and operated by Samvaay Commodity Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at Plot no. 154/1, Ward 23 Suyog SBI Colony Amalner Jalgaon, Maharashtra 425401, India. Mandi Central is an application in the Apple & Android Store that facilitates users registered on Mandi Central by providing agri-business assistance services like business leads, market data, analysis, and related services for agri-commodities.


What is this Privacy Policy?

This Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") describes how and why Mandi Central (Company) collects, uses, transfers, and discloses the information provided by the Users. All Users shall be bound by this Privacy Policy and the Company shall not use any information supplied by Users, except in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

By signingup, terms mentioned here users agree to and accept the terms and conditions provided under this Privacy Policy, read in addition to the Terms & Conditions (Terms) available here.

Personal Information may include your email address, name, company name, pincode, city,, phone number , your favorite commodities, and any other personally identifiable information that you may choose to provide us or that you choose to include in your account on the Platform. We may also collect Personal Information that you provide to communicate with us or other Users on or through the Platform.

THE PLATFORM WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO INDIVIDUALS OR ENTITIES NOT REGISTERED WITH US. IF YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE PLATFORM.

2. Your Content and Communications:

Our Services permit you to interact with us through the notification system. We collect and store all of the communications, data generated on the Platform and/or through the Services. When you ask for assistance from us for customer support, the contact information you provide will be collected, as well as the information which you post while using the Platform and/or the Services, such as, your user ID number, etc., and any correspondence or information contained within.

3. Cookies / Analytical Tools :

We may employ cookies / analytical tools to track your access to the Platform and/or Services. When does the Company collect User Information?

The Company collects User information from Users when Users register on the Mandi Central App. The Company may use email, app notifications, short message service (SMS), multimedia message service (MMS) or other forms of communication (such as WhatsApp) to share information with Users about certain promotions or features regarding the Mandi Central which the Company or its affiliates, business partners, advertisers and sponsors may choose to offer. Users may receive such communication when they opt to receive the same or have consented to the same during the registration process.

The Company may also disclose User Information to its affiliates for business purposes, such as for the promotion, sales or marketing of such affiliates’ services Government Institutions or Authorities The Company may be required to disclose User Information to governmental institutions or authorities under any law or judicial decree. How do we use your information?

You agree that company and/or service providers on company’s  behalf may use the information they collect, including your Personal Information for:

How do we protect your information?


The Company has implemented security policies, rules, and technical measures, as required under applicable law including firewalls, transport layer security, and other physical and electronic security measures to protect the User Information that it has under its control from unauthorized access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorized modification, and unlawful destruction or accidental loss. However, no data storage or transmission over the Internet or other network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Accordingly, the company does not guarantee that information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by any breach of any of the abovementioned safeguards.

While the Company is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all User Information, it shall not be responsible for any breach of security or for any action of any third parties that receive a User’s Information due to events that are beyond the reasonable control of the Company including, acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorized access to the Company’s computers and storage devices, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption, etc. 

All information collected from the Users by the Company via Mandi Central App is maintained in electronic form on servers and/or cloud systems and shall be accessible by certain employees of the Company. The User Information collected by the Company is stored by Amazon Web Services located at Mumbai, India, and such other locations as determined by the Company from time to time.
The User Information may also be converted to/stored in physical form (such as hard drives or server racks) from time to time. Regardless of the manner of storage, the Company shall make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the User Information is rendered confidential and that the Company will only disclose such User Information in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION
You have the right to access the Personal Information we collect and hold about you. If at any time you would like to access or change or delete your Personal Information, or you would like more information on our approach to protecting your privacy, please contact us at tradeforsure3@gmail.com. However, you cannot opt out of receiving all e-mails from us about your use of the Platform, such as e-mails about the status of your account.

Retention of User Information
User Information will be held for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable laws. The Company shall cease to retain User Information or remove the means by which the User Information can be associated with particular Users, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that the purpose for which that User Information was collected is no longer being served by retention of the User Information.

  3. Non-Identifying Information – Whenever you visit our website, we may collect non-identifying information, such as referring URLs, browser, operating systems, and Internet Service Providers;

  4. We may give information to law enforcement if we are compelled to by a court order, if there has been a violation of any Indian laws, or if a violation of the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy has occurred;

  5. We retain residual information in our backup and/or database. Such information would be deleted subject to contractual agreements, provided that the region/country’s law permits the same.



Corporate Data Retention

  1. Including but not limited to, business records, files, finances, taxes, legal and vendor partners, corporate announcements, shareholding patterns, both paper or electronic records;

  2. Excluding Customer (User) data;

  3. Protect data from destruction for a length of time till the servers are operated by the Company;

  4. Obtain approval of legal department to permanently delete the data after period mentioned above is over.

  5. Execution copies of all contracts should be retained for at least 3 years following the expiry or termination of the contracts.

Withdrawal / Deletion of User Consent
Users may withdraw their consent for the collection or request for account and data deletion, use and/or disclosure of User Information in the Company’s possession or control by submitting a request to  tradeforsure3@gmail.com. 

The Company will process your request within a reasonable time from when the request was made, and thereafter not collect, use and/or disclose said User’s User Information as per their request.
Depending on the extent of a User’s withdrawal of consent for us to process User Information, it may mean that said User will not be able to further use or access Mandi Central App, avail Services.

User’s Right to Review and Modify User Information
Users can access their User Information at any time to review the same. Users can seek to rectify any inaccurate or deficient User Information, and the Company may rectify it, if feasible.

CHANGES IN THE PRIVACY POLICY


 The most recent version of this Privacy Policy will govern the use of the information (including Personal Information) on the Platform. We may revise or amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we decide to change this Privacy Policy, we will inform you by posting the revised Privacy Policy on the Platform. The company may also but is not required to, notify you of changes to the Privacy Policy via email to the email address associated with your account. If you object to any changes to the Privacy Policy, you should immediately stop using the Platform and/or Services and close any related accounts. By continuing to access or use the Platform and/or Services after changes have become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
